At first I thought that not much happened in this one and I found the lack of explanation of the world a little frustrating. Having finished it, I find myself thinking about it quite a bit. The strange world creates a space to explore what our memories mean, and how they define who we are.

Man, this was a bit of a wild ride. Dude inherits a house, has a bit of a downward spiral involving fights, drinks, drugs and a haunted novel. And his skin falls off. Generally, he's not having a great time, and I'm not wholly convinced I did either.

Mal Goes to War

Light hearted book about an "AI" malware called Mal, forced to jump around between physical, real world systems after it loses its wifi. Mal's literal interpretation of the world is pretty funny in places. Quite fun.
